We process the order about 3 days after receiving it, starting from the first working day. Around 5 days after that, you will receive an email notification with the tracking of your shipment, which you can follow on the reference website depending on the courier used, usually we rely on DHL, so you will go to: DHL TRACKING, alternatively very good 17TRACK, a portal that reads them all indiscriminately (Recommended)

 

Once you receive your DHL tracking and monitor it, you will notice that it will not be updated for about 10/14 days. In essence, it will remain still. This is all normal. Once the tracking has its first update in its destination (Germany), the package will be cleared through customs and within about 48/72 hours, you will have delivery at home.

 

Normally, deliveries take about 16/18 days. However, the huge traffic of international shipments, pandemics, international conflicts, can cause delays that we cannot predict.

 

Remember though that your order will always arrive! In case, unfortunately, there is a problem/loss, ZoeStreetwear® will proceed with a full refund of your order. Your money is always safe with us.


 

 

N.B. Once 24 hours have passed since the order, we do not offer refunds and/or returns because our supplier does not accept cancellations. Therefore, if there is a change of mind, a modification, and/or anything else, it must be done within the aforementioned time frame. This system allows us to maintain such advantageous prices to the benefit of our customers.

 

Once the order is placed and paid for, you have up to 24 hours to modify or cancel it, after this time limit, it will be impossible for us to do so.

 

If you have paid with PayPal, as per their rules, a fixed percentage of 3.4% will be deducted from your payment, for the PayPal service, so your refund will be net of this amount.

 

If you have any doubts about the product, sizes, specifications, we strongly recommend contacting us before making your purchase. We will be at your complete disposal to clarify any doubts, and you can place your order in total serenity and with a clearer mind.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO CHANGED MINDS OR INCORRECT SIZE. FOR THE LATTER, RELY ON THE SIZE CHART DISPLAYED ON OUR STORE, VERIFY THE CM OF THE INSOLE EXACTLY, THIS WILL PREVENT YOU FROM CHOOSING THE WRONG SIZE.

 

However, in exceptional cases of receiving damaged, destroyed merchandise by the courier, and/or non-compliant, you can contact us at zoestreetwearparma@gmail.com and we will reach an agreement on the total/partial refund of your purchase.
